How can I access the daily deals?

The best way to stay updated on our daily deals and offers is through our Telegram channel.

Do you offer shipping to FBA or our warehouse?

Yes, absolutely. However, you are responsible for arranging the shipment by providing us with shipping labels—SPD labels for standard orders or LTL labels for pallet shipments.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer labeling services for products in each order?

Labeling services are not provided unless explicitly stated in the deal.

Can I cancel or return an order?

No. Orders cannot be canceled or returned once the invoice has been issued.

Are all the products you offer authentic?

Yes. All products we sell are 100% genuine and authentic, sourced from reputable vendors and distributors.

Do you offer dropshipping services?

No, we do not offer dropshipping. Only bulk orders can be placed.

Do you provide invoices for ungating on Amazon or Walmart?

While our products are sourced from authorized suppliers, based on our experience, Amazon typically does not accept invoices from wholesale companies for ungating purposes. We recommend using professional ungating services before placing orders for gated categories, brands, or products.

Do I need a resale certificate to place orders?

Yes. You must have a valid resale certificate from the state where your business is registered. This certificate must be submitted along with your wholesale application. Once your account is approved, you may begin placing orders.

How do I place an order?

After submitting your wholesale application and resale certificate and receiving approval, you can view available deals on our Telegram channel. Email us your selected products and desired quantities. We will confirm availability and send you a pre-invoice. Once payment is received, your order will be processed. During this time, we will request box and shipping labels. You will be notified once the order is shipped and provided with tracking information.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes. Most of our deals have specific MOQs that must be met.

What is the order processing time?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks after payment is received. Delays in submitting shipping or box labels may extend processing time.

What if part or all of my order is missing or damaged during transit?

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier once the package is picked up. In case of damage or loss, you must file a claim directly with the courier or through Amazon Seller Support if you used Amazon-purchased shipping labels. We strongly recommend insuring your packages to protect against such incidents.
